He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home buying and selling in the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Patrick would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. It took us some time to find the right house. Patrick also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it very much so far. Patrick came well recommended, from two of my daughters. He helped one buy and sale a house, then buy another. He also help the other daughter to sale a house and buy another. I was visiting, from Orange County, and talked with Patrick for about two hours before we went looking. He was great, pointing out things that I didn’t see and teaching me how to shop. Back in OC, I called him on a house that had dropped in price. He helped me to make an offer and finance the deal. He was a Broker prior to becoming an Agent. We sold our OC house and moved to Roseville. He advised me not to pay off the new house. That worked out great, as we had to sale within a year. My wife had developed knee problems and the stairs were a problem for her. Patrick took us searching again and we found a single story house that we love. This took a lot of time and Patrick was so patient with me. I called him a lot with questions and was always willing to help, I was a pest. He negotiated this deal and found mistakes in the paperwork that made the deal swing in our favor. I could go on and on, but I will finish saying he was our Agent, now we are friends. Patrick is outstanding! He is an honest agent who has your best interest in mind. Patrick helped my Husband and I find our first house. We gave Patrick our parameters (price, location, size...ect.) and he completely and respectfully stayed within them. It was NEVER about his commission, it was ALWAYS about us finding the perfect house. He would drop everything, anytime, and treated us like family. He always responded to our calls, texts and emails, right away....even late at night (when time sensitive paperwork needed to get done).
